I have reached my goal, what do I do now?
goals, genetic potential* and going beyond
Despite all the challenges facing the new generation, one thing social media has undeniably boosted is fitness.
It’s been glorified, and despite the issue of unrealistic expectations, seeing it positively means there are more people than ever hitting the gym, striving to better themselves.
Going to the gym or training isn’t just a hobby anymore — it’s practically a universal thing.
I mean, almost everyone I meet these days is either into it or seriously thinking about starting.
If you’re really into fitness, or any form of athleticism and have begun working hard towards your body goals, you’ve probably asked yourself, “How much potential do I have?”
“It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable of — Socrates ”
It hits home for a lot of us who train regularly, pushing ourselves to see just how far we can go. if you’ve already been training for years, that future where you reach your potential might not be far off.
So you keep training, training and training more.
